- Developed microservices for analytics and metric finding , facilitating overall complete feature validation and error rate detection during orders ingestions.

- Collaboratively developed a producer-consumer queue for batch processing database updates with the team. This implementation triggers processing when the queue reaches a defined batch size, using RabbitMQ for message brokering and monitoring performance via management console to ensure optimal performance and accurate data updates.

- Engineered Java APIs (addOrder, updateDelivery) for comprehensive sales and return management, enhancing customer loyalty. Resulted in a remarkable 20% increase in repeat sales and a 28% surge in website sales.

- Identified and resolved duplicate customer entries by conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implementing Redis locking. Achieved a significant drop in CPU usage on production from ~99% to 0.6% through optimized asynchronous calls.

- Conducted end-to-end and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for addOrder and updateDelivery. Developed a JavaScript script to automate testing, ensuring high-quality performance in both development and production environments.
