VHSPurnea ERP & Website is a long-term freelance project focused on digitizing and automating core administrative and academic workflows for a school in Bihar, India.
The project aims to replace manual, paper-based processes—such as admissions, exam registrations, and fee tracking—with a centralized, modern ERP system and a public-facing website. It serves as the primary digital platform for the institution, supporting students, teachers, and administrative staff.
The project began in 2022 and continues as an ongoing, annually renewed contract, actively supporting the school through the 2023–2026 academic cycles.

Why I Built This
The institution relied heavily on manual processes for admissions, exams, and fee management, leading to inefficiencies, data inconsistencies, and administrative bottlenecks.
The goal was to:
- Digitize critical academic workflows
- Reduce operational friction for staff
- Provide transparency and accessibility for students and teachers
- Build a scalable system that could support multiple academic years
This project was driven by the need to bring modern digital infrastructure to an education system that traditionally lacked it.
Technical Implementation
- Designed and developed a custom ERP system tailored specifically for educational institutions.
- Implemented responsive and accessible user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Structured the system to support class-wise and section-wise data segregation.
- Built reusable UI components for consistency across the ERP and public website.
- Focused on automation, minimizing manual intervention in admissions, exam registrations, and fee tracking.
- Ensured long-term maintainability to support a multi-year contract lifecycle.
